Nuts and Bolts

I think it all started when I picked up my first pair of chopsticks with my left hand and from then on it was my
mom's sole mission in the first part of my childhood to convince me otherwise. No matter how hard she tried...
every pencil, crayon, paintbrush I picked up was with my left. I think it was part rebellious and part innate.

 

Being part of a big family (one of eight!) it was hard to stand out but I've always been known to be "different".
I embraced it and channeled it through art and design. I've always been lucky to have the support and love of
my family and never once was I forced to become a doctor or lawyer. That is one of the main reasons that my

family is one of my top priorities in life.

 

If there was one thing I would like to be remembered by, it is my heart. I really love and truly care about people
and my craft. I invest so much heart and energy into everything I do. Oh, there is also that passion, I just have so
much of it. Whether it is my undying passion for design or the quest to find the most perfect brownie sundae or a
beautiful Gehry building or COLOR! That is something that I will never ever be without, heart and passion.
